Another Successful Sale!

Haven's Fall 2016 sale was another success! Despite moving into smaller spaces in Culpeper for their 30th sale, Kids Haven still had almost 140 consignors bring in over 15,000 items. As was expected after moving into a new location, Kids Haven's inventory was a bit lower than previous sales; but their sale rates were higher! During this sale 74.4% of their consigned items were sold and 75.6% of those sales were made at full price! And thanks to the generosity of many Kids Haven consignors, Kids Haven was able to donate over 1,400 items valued at over $6,400 to many deserving local agencies, organizations and families.
During tough economic times everyone looks for ways to stretch their budget dollars further. That’s where Kids Haven excels! Kids Haven helps consignors make a little extra money by selling the items they no longer need. Kids Haven helps shoppers increase their purchasing power by offering items their families need at greatly reduced prices. And Kids Haven helps the local community by donating many unsold items to deserving local organizations, agencies and families.
