Another Successful Sale!

The continued waning of the COVID-19 Pandemic allowed our 40th sale to be a big success and I want to thank everyone for making it so successful!. It appeared that as the COVID-19 pandemic continued to ease while the economy began to falter, more people wanted to get out and resume stretching their budget dollars. I think that’s where Kids Haven excelled! We helped consignors make a little extra money by selling the items they no longer needed. We helped shoppers increase their purchasing power by offering them items they needed at greatly reduced prices. And we helped many local families by donating over 2,700 unsold items to deserving local organizations, agencies and families in need. I thank everyone for their support!
Kids Haven's 40th sale involved 236 consignors who brought in over 25,300 items and Kids Haven accurately accounted for 99.5% of them! Here are some of the summary stats. Overall, 23 consignors sold over 90% of their items and 217 of the 236 consignors sold more than 50% of their items!. The median sales rate for all consignors was 72% and over 75% of the items that were sold were sold at full price! This indicates that most consignors were careful to bring in only their better items and priced them to sell.
